The inquiry form asks for your name and email address. You may also provide a phone number, your connection to Middlebury, and a note. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information.

How the Inquiry Is Used

Your details are used to respond to your inquiry and manage the conversation about Painter House. Agreeing to a response is separate from agreeing to marketing; this form does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Website Services

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes requests for security and delivery. Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form for automated abuse; the verification service processes browser and request information for that purpose. Thatcher Management uses Cloudflare to securely receive inquiries and Zoho CRM to organize them for follow-up. Access is limited to the team and service providers supporting that work. Submitting this form does not send you an automated email or text. Your inquiry details may be included in internal notifications to the Thatcher team.

When available, campaign tags and the referring website’s origin are recorded with the inquiry to understand where it came from. Full referring URLs are not collected by the form. Private preview and administration pages use a necessary access cookie. This version does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
